Tire pyrolysis is a process that converts waste tires into valuable products such as fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire by heating the tires in the absence of oxygen. It needs to go through multiple steps, including tire pretreatment, continuous pyrolysis, cooling, exhaust gas purification, carbon black emission and flue gas treatment.
Converting plastic waste into usable fuel oil is a process that heats the in the absence of oxygen, usually at high temperatures (450-650°C), separating the resulting mixture of gas, liquid and solids. The liquid oil can be further processed through techniques such as distillation and hydrotreating to remove impurities and improve its quality, producing fuels such as diesel and gasoline.
Distillation pyrolysis oil is the process of heating a liquid oil to convert it into vapor and then condensing it back into a liquid state at different altitudes. During further refining, the collected fractions can be further refined by acid and alkali washing, and impurities are gradually removed from the raw materials to produce a better quality liquid fuel oil.
